Ricky Gartz, a Certified Public Accountant, and Registered Municipal Accountant, is running for Council in Freehold Borough’s 2024 elections. A 20 year resident known for his dedication to community growth, Ricky has served as a local youth baseball and football sports coach and held the role of Chief Municipal Financial Officer of Freehold Borough for 11 years, and since 2006, has served Freehold Borough residents as a Commissioner on the Manasquan River Regional Sewerage Authority.
Ricky’s strength lies in simplifying complex financial information for the community, ensuring transparency and comprehension. As a husband and father to three Freehold Borough High School graduates, his personal investment in the community is deep-rooted. Running for Council, Ricky is committed to safeguarding taxpayer dollars, controlling the nearly 300% increase in debt since January,2020 and implementing meaningful changes to enhance the borough’s future.

Autumn Nonnenmacher, a 20-year resident and devoted community member of Freehold Borough, is running for the Borough Council in the 2024 election. With a history as a former Freehold Borough Elementary teacher and past PTO President, Autumn has a deep understanding of our school system and is committed to enhancing it.
As a mother of four, her personal investment in local schools is unwavering. Beyond education, her 15-year service as a St. Rose Catechist reflects her dedication to instilling ethical values in our youth.
Autumn’s mission is to ensure that parents are informed and involved in the happenings of schools and the community. If elected, she pledges to foster open dialogue, making sure the council’s decisions mirror the community’s needs.
